LEGAL
Acceptable Use Policy
Effective July 17, 2026. This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to all ELTEX accounts, APIs, agents, integrations, Inputs, and outputs.
1. Illegal, harmful, or abusive activity
You may not use ELTEX to violate law or another person's rights; facilitate fraud, phishing, scams, impersonation, harassment, stalking, exploitation, trafficking, terrorism, violent wrongdoing, or evasion of sanctions; create or distribute malware; compromise systems or credentials; or meaningfully enable the acquisition or use of weapons for harm.
2. Child safety and sexual content
ELTEX has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, or content that sexualizes a minor. You may not generate or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or content used to threaten, extort, or humiliate a person.
3. Privacy, biometrics, and identity
You may not collect, infer, expose, or misuse personal or sensitive data without a lawful basis and required notice or consent. Do not use a person's face, voice, likeness, or biometric characteristics for cloning, identification, surveillance, or deceptive impersonation without all permissions required by law. Do not submit payment credentials, authentication secrets, government identifiers, or health records unless an ELTEX feature expressly supports that data.
4. Deception, misinformation, and intellectual property
You may not misrepresent AI output as an authentic record when doing so is likely to cause harm, conceal required disclosure, manipulate civic participation, defame a person, infringe intellectual property, remove provenance information unlawfully, or facilitate academic, professional, or commercial deception. You are responsible for checking rights in Inputs and outputs.
5. High-impact and regulated decisions
Do not use ELTEX as the sole decision-maker for employment, housing, lending, insurance, education admission, medical care, legal rights, eligibility for essential services, or similarly high-impact outcomes. Lawful use in regulated settings requires qualified human oversight, testing, documentation, appeal mechanisms where required, and compliance with sector-specific law.
6. Platform and provider integrity
You may not bypass capacity, billing, authentication, rate, geographic, provider, routing, or safety controls; share or sell unauthorized credentials; create accounts to evade enforcement; scrape protected areas; overload, reverse engineer, probe, or red-team the service without written authorization; interfere with other users; conceal malicious traffic; or violate a model provider's terms. Automated use must follow published limits and use stable idempotency controls where required.
7. Your users and applications
If you make ELTEX functionality available to others, you must provide appropriate terms and privacy notices, obtain required consents, restrict access, monitor abuse proportionately, respond to reports, and prevent users from using your application to violate this policy. You remain responsible for activity under your account and API keys.
8. Enforcement and appeals
ELTEX may investigate suspected violations using account, usage, security, and provider information; block content or requests; restrict models or permissions; suspend or terminate access; preserve evidence; and report activity where required by law or necessary to address credible harm. Urgent restrictions may occur without advance notice.
If you believe enforcement was mistaken, send relevant account and request details to contact@eltexlabs.com. ELTEX may decline an appeal that lacks sufficient verification or would compromise security, another person's rights, or a legal obligation. Report suspected abuse to the same address.
