Effective July 15, 2026. This notice describes how ELTEX Labs handles personal information in connection with its website and services.

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, process payments, maintain capacity and reliability, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve service operations. We process information where necessary to provide the service, with consent where required, or for legitimate operational and security interests where permitted by law.

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, authentication, payment processing, communications, security, and infrastructure; with AI or infrastructure providers when needed to fulfill a requested service feature; when required by law; or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including service delivery, billing, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. 6. International processing and updates
