Terms of Service
Effective July 15, 2026. These terms govern use of ELTEX Labs websites, accounts, APIs, and related services.
1. Acceptance and accounts
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You may not share API keys or use another person’s account without permission.
2. The service
ELTEX provides capacity-based access to eligible AI features, model routes, and developer interfaces. Features, models, providers, capacity, availability, and prices may change. A specific model or provider is not guaranteed to be available at all times. You are responsible for reviewing current service information before relying on it in production.
3. Fees and subscriptions
Paid plans, add-ons, taxes, billing periods, and payment terms are presented at checkout or in your account. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the displayed amount. We may suspend paid access for failed, reversed, or disputed payments.
4. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, third-party provider terms, and any limits displayed in the service. You may not bypass capacity, rate, payment, authentication, or security controls.
5. Your content and outputs
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content and use generated output. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case; review it before using it in a high-impact decision, publication, or production system.
6. Intellectual property and feedback
ELTEX Labs and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, and documentation. If you provide feedback, you grant ELTEX Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it to improve the service without compensation to you.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, a security risk, non-payment, a violation of these Terms, or a legal requirement. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or suitability for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELTEX Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
