Cookie and Storage Policy
Effective July 17, 2026. This policy explains cookies and similar browser technologies used by ELTEX Labs.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. ELTEX may also use local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, and comparable technologies. In this policy, “browser storage” covers all of them. Some storage is placed directly by ELTEX and some may be placed by authentication, payment, or other providers when you use their features.
2. Categories used by ELTEX
Strictly necessary. Required for authentication, account security, fraud prevention, session continuity, consent records, load balancing, and delivery of a feature you request. These technologies cannot be disabled through ELTEX controls because the affected service would not work.
Functional. Optional storage that remembers choices or unfinished local settings, such as Agent Plan Calculator inputs. ELTEX uses this category only after you allow optional storage.
Analytics. Technologies that measure visits and feature usage. ELTEX does not currently deploy third-party analytics cookies on the public site. If analytics is introduced, it will remain disabled until consent where consent is required.
Advertising. Technologies used for targeted advertising across services. ELTEX does not currently deploy advertising cookies or pixels.
3. Current browser-storage inventory
| Technology | Category | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
eltex_cookie_consent_v1 | Strictly necessary | Records your consent categories and the policy version so ELTEX can respect your choice. | Up to 180 days, then consent is requested again. |
| Firebase authentication storage | Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in, refreshes authentication, and protects account access. Exact keys are controlled by the authentication provider. | Session or persistent until sign-out, expiry, account action, or browser deletion. |
eltex_agent_plan_estimate_v1 | Functional | Remembers optional Agent Plan Calculator inputs on your device. | Until you clear the calculator, withdraw functional consent, or delete browser data. |
| Administrative session storage | Strictly necessary | Temporarily holds an administrator credential in the active browser tab for authorized administration. | Until the tab or browser session ends. |
4. Third-party services
Google Firebase may use browser storage when you sign in or create an account. Payment providers may place cookies on their own checkout domains. Model providers generally receive API requests from ELTEX servers rather than directly through browser cookies. Third parties control their own cookies and publish their own privacy notices.
Public pages may request font files or other static resources from third-party networks. Such requests can reveal IP address and browser information even when they do not set an ELTEX cookie.
5. Your controls
Use the button below or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer to accept or reject optional categories. Rejecting optional storage does not block basic public pages or account authentication, but preferences and calculator inputs may not persist.
You can also delete or block storage through browser settings. Blocking all browser storage may prevent sign-in, checkout, security, or account features from working. Your choice applies to the browser and device where it is made.
6. Updates and contact
ELTEX may update this inventory as products or providers change. Material additions to optional tracking will not be activated before any consent required by law. Questions may be sent to contact@eltexlabs.com.
